NEW PUMPING TECHNIQUE
Quickex are proud to produce this pump and are sure you will be satisfied with your choice.
Please, note that Quicker Pro works in another way than a normal telescopic pump. With this new patented technique -MultiChamberDoubleAction- the air will be compressed when you push and when you pull the handle the air goes into the tire.. Thanks to this technique you can achieve both high pressure and big volume at the same time. This is not possible with normal pumps.
This is a new technique that Quickex is the first to use and it is patented in many countries. Quicker pumps were also the first to develop the double action technique in 1967 with the Quicker Original for airmatresses that pumps air both when push and pull action. So with this technique you get twice as much air and half the size.
Fits all valves!
From the factory we turn the parts into the head to fit a Schrader(American-car)valve.To change it to fit the Presta/Sclaverand(French-Racing) valve Dunlopvalve you have to turn both parts inside the head.First unscrew the aluminium nipple and lift the alu lever to take out the rubber part and turn so the small hole is outside-take out the plastic part and turn it so the pin will point inside and then screw the alunipple tight.
When you want to pump put the head as tight as possible on the valve and then lift the lever so the rubber closes very tight around the valve. It is important so no air leaks beside the rubber. And start pumping and note that You have to pull to get air into the tire. When you pump with your Pro you shall be aware that you do not need to work as hard as with other pumps. Especially when the pressure gets higher.
Thanks to the technique Pro produces same volume of air also when the pressure gets higher
And in the piston you can see the pressure you become on the built in pressure gauge. The scale comes into the the head and by the yellow band you note the pressure.
The very flexible holder for your Quicker Pro wil fit frames from 25 up to 40 mm in diameter. To get the maximum flexibility you might have to stretch the fibres in the right direction by taking the holder in both hands and pull hard and you will feel how it stretches and will stay flexible after this.
When you attach the holder think of starting the stretching already in the first step and keep it stretched all around the tube for best effect. If you have a very big frame you can might find a place where it is easier to attach the pump.
To keep your Pro working in the best way try not to get dust or sand into the
pump. If the pump starts going havier you can lubricate the pistons and also inside the cylinders. To do this you can unscrew the cap in the bottom but be careful so you do not loose the O-ring.You can use any oil or grease or even butter, but not too much.
KEEP ON PUMPING!
